We have not purchased a new car since 1984.
We have purchased many used vehicles since 84, but
never a new one.
This year (in fact today) is our 34th Wedding
Anniversary and my wife fell in love with a Subaru
Outback that my sister and brother in law recently
purchased. I decided to break our rules of buying
new and surprise her for our anniversary with a
new Subaru. I set out to buy a Subaru Outback and
ended up purchasing a Subaru Tribeca for her. She
loves the Tribeca. It is everything she wanted in a
car and the handling in the snow and ice is amazing
to say the least.
In dealing with Lakeland and the new car buying
process I found it to be very enjoyable. I
was never pressured to buy anything, and the trade
in and pricing were right on the money(no pun intended).
The entire staff was very accommodating. Lakeland made
a task that I hate doing, into an enjoyable experience
that greatly exceeded my expectations. When I contacted
Lakeland via the internet they responded immediately.
I expressed to the Lakeland Staff that I was interested
in purchasing a Subaru to surprise my wife for our
anniversary and that they could not email me at home or
call my house. The Lakeland staff rose to the occasion in
assisting me to surprise my wife with the car of her
dreams and making our 34th anniversary very special.
